Breed/weight restrictions apply; Akitas, Chows, Pitbulls, Great Danes, Rottweilers and Doberman Pinschers.
25 lb weight limit per pet. Max two pets per apartment home.
Monthly pet rent: $35 for one pet, $70 for two pets.
Pet fee (non-refundable): $300 for dogs, $400 for cats.
